Returns

At Hemline we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn’t fit, or you aren’t satisfied, you have 14 days from the time you receive your package, to send it back to us for a full refund or store credit. This excludes sale items and the cost of shipping.

Make sure you keep all the tags attached and all returns must be undamaged and unworn. We cannot accept returns after the 14 day grace period.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another size, please re-place your order online, and we will refund your credit card once we receive the returned item. Make sure to fill out our Returns and Exchanges Form that you receive with your package, and send it back with your return.

*The cost of shipping must be prepaid at the point of return. Hemline is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.
